Lets See What We Have Here FIELD

I would like to replace the wording in this field with information of the actual product range.
I would like to add different information for each catagoriesed products so this wont be generic info.
eg, I stock Battlefield Miniatures, each range within Battlefield Miniatures will have a different description at the top of their listings currently were it says Lets See What We Have Here.
So as you can see I need to know firstly is it possible to change this wording and secondly is possible to have different information on each page?

yes and yes.

To just change the header text, edit /includes/languages/english/index.php and you will see the define statement for that text at roughly line 20

Secondly, to have that text dynamically generated per category or product would require some custom programming. You can search on yahoo.com for companies that do OSC customizations by searching for "os commerce modifications" if you cant find a module already written which does this at oscommerce.com.
