Default modding product_info.php, a clothing store...

I'm trying to modify product_info.php so that I could have a table of colors / sizes for a clothing store, so it can be ran effectively...

Currently I'm using slave products to distinguish between each sizes, however not sure if I could optimize it a little bit more...

Please help, thanks!

Default RE: modding product_info.php, a clothing store...

let's say, there would be a product named Tee, with slave products named Small Tee, Medium Tee, Large Tee. Each small, medium, and large tee would have 'color' as its attributes, with red, blue, black for each slave products. (Therefore in this schema I would have 4 products, 1 master and 3 slaves, and each slave products have 3 attributes each, therefore 9 tuples in attributes database.)

Any ideas to improve upon this implementation?
