Moving admin directory only

I've already installed osC, however under original configuration the admin directory is under oscommerce, so it's like:

public_html/commerce/admin

I was wondering if I could move just the admin directory out of the commerce directory, put it somewhere else...

Would such a move be possible?

Yes you can move it...you can even rename it...

IMPORTANT...you MUST go into the config files and tell it where and what you name the admin file...

otherwise...it won't work
