Default How do I modify my products from the GUI

I tried reading all the docs and searching for a while. I can't find any info about modifying the data from the admin gui or any other gui. Must I use easy populate or phpmyadmin? Do we not have a built in products gui that shows all of the attributes (like description) and allows us to change them. Please point me to a link or area to search. Thanks

Go to the admin panel.

Click: Catalog Products/Categories

Then add a category or product and edit or click on an existing product or category and click the edit button.

Default No luck yet

I went to Categories/Products, I have a category called Arts/Theatre. I see the Edit, delete, move buttons. Also listed are Subcategories: 7, Products: 21. When I click on the edit button, I get a listing for the category. Category Name:
Category heading title:
Category heading Description:
Category Image:
Sort Order:

I see the preview button from here and then that's it. I can't get to my 21 products. What am I missing here?

The oscommerce admin demo is offline. Is there another one I can look at?
