Custom programming help needed?

We are interested in making at least 11 mods to the oscmax including vendor/consignements, sales tax reporting, admin notes mod, enable/disable categories, customers search results page (ability to see what customers are searching for), sales reports, during checkout popup live help needed, ability for customers to store multiple credit cards and several others.

I hope it is okay to post this to this forum, we have two websites and are launching 3 more this quarter, but want a souped up osc. OscMax is nice, but lacking many elements necessary to those who are truely competing with bigger commerce sites.

For coding projects, I recommend using http://GetAFreeLancer.com You can post your project and coders bid on it and you choose who gets it. That's what I use when I have hard prjects, just make someone else do it

There's a big difference in a coder and a coder who knows oscommerce. I wouldn't consider using a coder without oscommerce experience. That's just me.
