Problem with paypal and p&p costs.

I have tried both the standard paypal and oaypal ipn modules.

I currently use zone shipping - with 2 zones uk is free world is £2.50

When someone outside the uk buys something everything is fine including the P&P costs. However when paying through paypal - once you get to the paypal payment screen it doesnt include the p&p costs anymore.

Any ideas?

Tirns out that this was a problem with paypals servers. Yhey have now corrected the problem.
