Any Help please?

I can not get my script run. When I run I get a message such as;



Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /homepages/0/d106595577/htdocs/mainfile.php on line 47


I have no ide why is that. My config.php file is below.

Any help will be appreciated.
