Default Setting permissions CHMOD

I'm ready to go, but I cannot process transactions. I believe I need to reset some permissions to now activate the shopping cart. Anyone, please?

Turn off search engine safe url's in the admin. If you have set up osC to use SSL, most likely you do not have ssl cert installed, or you are pointing osC to the wrong dir.

Verify that ssi is installed and working. Then check your configure.php files to make sure that the path to ssl is correct or disabled if ssl is not installed on the server.
