Loading scripts to mysql

Hi,
I was trying to install the minimum order module and it asked me to run a script logged into my database through the phpmyadmin interface. Turns out that I ran it more than once because when I go to adjust my minimum order in the admin section of oscommerce, the minimum order option shows up multiple times. Is there any way to undo queries? Does that queastion even make sense? Thanks in advance for helping this newbie.
