| Did you enter your email address correctly in the OSCommerce Admin? Chances are you set this wrong. I have never experierenced this problem (and I have installed many stores).

| i had the same problem - until i set up the email domain forwarding through the control panel of my hosting company. Basicly all emails were going to the email server provided by my hosting company (accessed through control panel of hosting company) - i simply set a forward up to send them to my email/ domain name |
