Default Terms and Conditions Agreement Mod

Can this mod be installed on osCMax? Its giving me some trouble..

It worked fine on my first osCommerce shop I had. Its a critical mod needed for my site, or something in that nature. Thank You in advance for the help.

It's osCommerce so it should work. You probably installed it wrong. Go through the steps backwords to uninstall it, then try again.

I added the different code with compare and merge program. Also I tried just overwriting the two files (instructions that came with it) Neither worked. I know it works, I had it installed on the regular oscommerce before I upgraded to MS2-Max. Can someone help me with this? Thank You

Can someone install this for me or help me install it? Its only 2 files. Its beating the snot out of me. I have tried everything. Im running MAX 1.7.
