Uploading pictures from catalog admin not working

Im having a problem once I go into the admin. Once I go into a product, and try and change the picture, when I hit preview it gives me the error " Warning: No file uploaded". it was working about a week ago... and I cant think of any changes that would have affected that. Everything has the proper chmod....

any suggestions would be a big help

Are you having problems see ing the picture that was uploaded or changed?

If the picture is displaying properly, You do not have to worry about this error.

This is a known error and it displays if you type in the address to the image rather than upload it from your computer. You will also see this error when making changes to your products and not the image.

If your images are displaying properly, There is no need to worrry about this error.

the issue is that it wont upload from my computer. Ill try pointing it to an image on the server. thank you for your response.
