Hi,

I've been looking over the OSCommerce code for the past couple of days. What I would like to do is apply a discount to a subset of users just before they confirm their purchase. Ideally this would be displayed on the checkout_confirmation page.

What I would like to know is where the best place to alter the total is. Where is it stored? In a variable, or in the database? I'm having trouple identifying where the final total that is to be passed to the payment module is held. Sorry if this is a bit vague, any help is appriciented.
