Drawing boxes around subcategory images

My question pertains to what I would call sub-category images. I am trying to find out where I would change the border="0" to border="1" on images located in a subcategory.

I would define a sub-category as such.

Top > Catalog > Main-category > sub-category > product

Boxes around the images on this link is what we are looking for.

what version of OSC are you using, MS 2.2, OSC-MAX or CRE Loaded? It will make the location to modify this page different.
