Default EasyPopulate goes to Admin Login

I have a new install of Max 1.7. When I try to use EasyPopulate and upload my file (created from another site with a working EP) it goes to the login screen. I tried putting the file in the temp and running the load from temp. No dice, same result just goes straight to the login screen, no visible error.

Any hints?
