Non-registration option?

Hi, is there a way to allow a customer to place an order without registering? I've seen some stores offer it and as my store attracts also older people I'd like to offer them a chance to place the order without registering. Of course they can email the order but I'd still like them to be able to use the shopping cart and just add their billing & contact info etc. at the checkout.
