| I am a newbie and need help. I am build a hobby shop commerce site. I have 28000 products in my catalog. My clients can find products in two ways: 1- Navigating thru the catalog/catagories/manufacturer. 2- or searching by productid or product name. Here is the problem while testing inventory levels I observed the following. If I set the In-Stock quantity to 0 (zero) via the Admin /Catalog/Update Inventory, the item is no longer visable via the product search engine. When I look up the part via the catagories/catalog I get an "Out-Of-Stock", which is exactly what I want. Why can't I see out of stock when I do a product search via productid? Please reply to drufa@benant.com Thanks In Advanced |
