In "create an account" how do I delete line "country" (since I only sell to US customers and don't need it.
My other question (I can't find an answer anywhere) is how to connect paypal and authorize.net to my site

Hi,

I don't know about removing the country field. You might can comment out some lines.

To connect to paypal and authorize.net you would do that in the admin area under modules/payments.
