I need my customers to be able to make options

I need my customers to be able to make options when they purchase. Does anyone know how to do this?

options in what? like size, color or payment type or what?

please clarify what "options" mean so we could help

yes, I do business cards and I need to be able let them choose ink colors and plans.

Hi Anita,

What you can do is make entries in product attributes in your admin,

1.inside Product Attributes say you want to add a color selection, under Product Option, on the insert box, type in Color, then click Insert,

2. next is you need to add Option Values, at the bottom part, you will see a selection, choose Color then the box besides it type in the Red for example then click insert

if you need to add more option, repeat process number 2

3. Under Product Attributes, at the bottom part, select the item you want to add options, then select Color on the next drop down then select Red or the color you added, the add additional price like additional price say $1, add 1 then place +, if you are making a discounted price, do - Click Insert
