email problem

Hi...i encounter a email problem just a few day ago and until now...is not yet solve...

my customer place an order and i receive the order process email...
yet my customer using a "singnet.com.sg" email a/c is not receiving any thing from my website...

for my other customers using a yahoo and hotmail a/c has no problem with receive email from me....

what could be the problem ??
does it got to do with my web-hosting company server ?

There is no error message at all so is hard to trace the problem...

which program handles your email cgi or php, if you can't edit the file contact your server and have them add the extension .sg to the file so your email program handles that extension

I am using the oscomerce to sent invoice "Order process" to customer...
