Default Parse error that just won't go away

I have installed OSC today and was trying to change the title on it like I was told and all I get now is a parse code. I have tried to change the code back to the way it is supposed to be, but I still have a parse code. PLEASE HELP! I am very new at this and right now. I'd love to just throw OSC out the window, because I am getting really frustrated.

[code]// charset for web pages and emails

define('CHARSET', 'iso-8859-1');

// page title

define('TITLE', 'Welcome to Tia Tara\'s');

// header text in includes/header.php

define('HEADER_TITLE_CREATE_ACCOUNT', 'Create an Account');

define('HEADER_TITLE_MY_ACCOUNT', 'My Account');

define('HEADER_TITLE_CART_CONTENTS', 'Cart Contents');

Then I pulled it up just now, and it shows me this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /www/t/tiataras/htdocs/osCommerce/catalog/includes/languages/english.php on line 157

Here is the code for that:

[code]define('ENTRY_COMPANY', 'Company Name:');

define('ENTRY_COMPANY_ERROR', '');

define('ENTRY_COMPANY_TEXT', '');

define('ENTRY_GENDER', 'Gender:');

define('ENTRY_GENDER_ERROR', 'Please select your Gender.');

define('ENTRY_GENDER_TEXT', '*');

PLEASE HELP ASAP

OK. I appreciate the response, but even what you responded is like Greek to me. I don't understand what that means.
