Can I use osc so that people can pay to be able to go to a http-site.
There I have a wireless cam-robot with paintballweapen.

I am planing to build some more, to start a arena with robots so that people can battle against internetcontrolled cam-bots.
Man against machine.

But can people pay to be linked to a site like this

You can only pan with cam.
If you want to drive around and use paintball,

I have to be there to load it.

Yes. In a roundabout way.
Sell a subscription service - 1 month, 1 year, lifetime - whatever.
Sell this from your site eg. yoursite.com
When they pay - Send them an id & password to access the directory where the "arena" is eg. yoursite.com/arena
