I just went live this weekend after extensive testing. I am having a problem which I did not have in testing and cannot recreate.

As you can see in the following "who's online" log, sometimes the same IP address keeps getting new sessions.

When I look at the user tracking information, each session has the same OSCid.

What can be causing this?
