Some programming help needed

Hi...

i would like to have a option for delivery time for the user to select...
is there a way to include this in the "checkout-shipping.php" ?

please tell me where can i add in the instruction...

or rather when the user select the time , it will reflect on to the "add a comment for your order " box

below is my code which i write...

Please choose your collection timing:
