Default Problems with Secure Credit Card - GPG

I've been trying to implement the following contribution:
http://www.oscommerce.com/community/...all/search,gpg

Everything seems to work fine except for the resulting encrypted credit card number. When I view an order via the admin, I get a big GnuPG block in place of the cc number. Makes sense...

Unfotunately, it seems that this block is simply blank. Decrypting it reveals absolutely nothing. It's an encryption of a blank space. The other funny thing is that if you set the mod to email encrypted cc info, you get an email that is a GnuPG encryption of the blank cc encryption block, complete with HTML line breaks.

Anyone out there using this mod successfully? Any ideas? TIA.

I am using it on many sites without any problems.

Make sure you have HTML email OFF in osCommerce. It must be plaintext.

"Use MIME HTML when sending emails" has been set to "false" the whole time I've been testing.

It is not an issue with the GPG end of things as that is working. The problem seems to be that it is not seeing the values of the cc# and order number. If they are blank, check to make sure your variables match.

Also make sure you deactivate and delete the original CC payment module.

Good luck!

I tried using the Secure Card --GPG (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/...all/search,gpg) but couldn't make it work.

Thus I ended up using the GPG Credit Card Encryption (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/...y,1/search,gpg), struggled to configure and it works excellent.

Here's the thread of that post:
