Whats the best way to make and add new pages

I want some information pages on the site, whats the best way to make and add them ??

Is there a simple way to edit the index(default) pages too??

I found it and hope that it works for me .. lol
Now only if I could edit the index so that it won't display that irri new products thingy.. lol
