Why can't create a new account ?

Hello..

When i click on "My Account"...there is a website error...Please click on my website at "www.bookark.com.sg/shop" and try to log in or create a new account...and u will know what i mean...

Would it be cause your not setup to have a SSL server but still tring to use one....

https://www.bookark.com.sg/shop <--DOES NOT EXIST!!!!

Turn off SSL and try again. If you need SSL (Highly suggested) then you need to talk to your host if you have access to a Sharied SSL cerficate site/server - or better yet and how to generate SSL Keys on your server (you host may have to provide them to you) then buy your OWN SSL and install it on your server so your URL does not change (and cookies will work).

Thank you...i have turn off the ssl....i dun think i need it after all...no credit card involve..

Regarless of no credit card being used.....

If your collection any information (names/addresses/phone/email etc...) it is STILL suggested to use SSL....however not required.
