| Short answer - Yes you can - With both.... Longer answer - EasyPopulate does not allow you to change the data - only to export/import product data from/to CVS format in OSC. Excel (or Access or most database or spreadsheet programs) can import and export in CVS format - in these programs you can modify/add/change items as required. Even using a TEXT editor would work.
