Speed Issues...

Everytime I add a new product, or atleast try to, when I press 'preview' it can take up to 10 minutes for it to insert, but sometimes it just says the page cannot be found. The info I'm uploading isn't big and the image is only 18k. I can upload anything else fine to my webserver except for any osCommerce functions. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I would check with your hosting provider.

Maybe they are having problems with there servers.

That's what I thought too, so I called them and they said everything was fine and that http upload speeds vary, which they do, but not that much...lol. To upload simple text and take 3 or 4 attempts at 5 minutes each...lol. I can upload files fine, its just osCommerce...
