Difficulty with Easy Populate Contribution

Hello Everyone,

I'm hoping someone on this forum is familiar with Easy Populate. I just installed the Easy Populate contribution to my store. I'm at a loss, and I was wondering if someone could help me.

I have installed all the files, uploaded them to the server and made the appropriate changes. I changed the permissions to 777 for the catalog/temp directory.

I was able to access the Easy Populate link in the Catalog section of my Commerce Pro admin panel.

Once I clicked on any of the "Download to txt file" links, I get a message that the web site could not be found or accessed. I was unable to save any tab-delimited txt files. I got this message in both MS explorer and Netscape.

I tried changing the permissions to 777 in the easypopulate.php and easypopulate_functions.php files. This did not solve the problem.
I'm not sure what else to do.

Hi Angie, you didn't mention whether your store was working fine before you uploaded easy populate? What is the exact error message?
