Where is MAX_DISPLAY_CATEGORIES_PER_ROW set? I want to change the number of subcategories shown per row and know it is controlled by MAX_DISPLAY_CATEGORIES_PER_ROW and is used in the default.php but where does it get the value of 3 that it uses from?
To change the MAX_DISPLAY_CATEGORIES_PER_ROW you need to do this from the admin section.
Admin -->Configuration -->Maximum Values
