credit card error on verisign payflow pro

Having a heck of a time trying to figure out what causes this 'credit card error' while in the testing phase using the PAYFLOW PRO FIX1.1 contrib on a MS2.2 setup.

seems like whenever I try using the test card # (4111111111111111 any exp date) it gives me a credit card error. If I try using my own card, it errors out.

Has anyone had this problem? Just wondering if its something I'm missing. My server is in test.payflow... mode so if anyone has gotten past this, I'd definitely love to hear the solution

I'm having the same problem with payflow link. the error says "Transaction declined" and quotes the reasons being either the expiration date is invalid, addresses don't match, zip codes are incorrect or insufficient funds.

I've tried using both a test number, and my real card, none of which work...I'd be very grateful to anyone who can offer some expertise.
