Expanding categories infobox

i want to show all the categories and sub-categories right away instead of first requiring the user to click on the categorie before showing the subcategories like it is now. does anyone know how i would go about doing this or maybe point me to a contribution that already does this? appreciate any help.

Which produces one page with a list of your categories and subcategories.

I wanted to chime in here, if i may.

I want to expand the category links in the infobox sidebar also. The contribution mentioned here makes a page of all the products. This isn't the same thing at all.

Is there any way to make the category links stay expanded showing all the subcategory links at the same time? In the main sidebar navigation, that is. The default functionality is that you have to first click the category and then you will get a drop down list of the subcategories.

Any ideas?
