Empty shopping cart after clicking Buy Now Button

Hello Everyone,

We are wanting to add Buy Now buttons on this page.
But we have a problem. We added them but, when you click on the button, instead of adding that product to the shopping cart, the "Your shopping cart is empty" page comes up. Is there a bug or do I have to configure some code.
We did not keep them in because we did not want to lose any sales.


A second question, but some what related to the first. On our home page, at the bottom, we have credit card images and phone numbers listed under the heading of Payment Options. We would like to put the same images and text at the bottom of each of the pages that I referenced above.

I do not know where to put the code, being that the above page is actually the default.php page that's pulling those products from the data base.
We would greatly appreciate some help. with these two questions.
