| Hi ... Does ayone know a simple way to get rid of subcategory images? If i simply delete the picture from the site there will still be a missing picture "X" showing on he page and there is no delete option in admin. Can i maually edit any file to remove it... Im using OSC 2.2 MS2. |

| Edit in ADMIN and remove the pic from there..... Just deleting the pic create a broken link (the red X).... Or point it to a 1px by 1px transparent GIF (like pixel_trans.gif - in the images directory)

| Thanks for the hints ... THere is no option in admin to delete pics... i think there was in the original OSC i downloaded and installed but i have done some updates and changes and i guess the admin part is changed too so i no longer have the option to delete pics from there. I have also thought about putting in a trans pic and set it to 1x1 pix so i might do that or ill have to edit in the admin files i guess ...but since im lazy i think ill go for the trans pic lol Thanks though... /Goran |

| Just go to Configuration --> Images --> Image Required --> then assign Value to "false". The function will disable OSC to display broken images. So if you wanna get rid of subcategory images, just don't upload the subcategory images. Then those subcategory images will be broken images and OSC won't display it! |
