Default Limits for modifying the arrow

I would like to make the arrow icon, which takes you into thinks like "what's new", a little bigger. I know the file, and I know how to make another arrow, but my question is are there any size limits for this icon? The current one is 10 x 12. That's just too small for my liking. What's the max height and width I can make it without causing some format error on the title bar it's on?

    Thanks.

    Default

i wouldnt think it would cause any problems right off the top, the only thing I see would be that the larger you make the icon, the larger the title bars height would grow. So thats just a matter of personal preference. Although I would also imagine there are some height and width values defined in one of the config sections.
