Default Please help - I need to put my store on line

Please help. This is several times I've posted with no success. My customers can't purchase products. They get the HTTP404 error when trying to create accounts, or add products to the shopping cart. My server uses php v. 4.3.2, Suse Linux v. 8.2, and I have shared ssl. It's been a couple of months now that I've been trying to make this system work for me. I downloaded it to begin with because tech support at my hosting server suggested it. However, I don't know anything about programming, and I've posted 3 times before trying to get some help. If I can't at least get some sort of help this time, I'll probably have to abandon OS Commerce and go to the basic catalog builder my server uses, which is slower that Molasses. HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP PLEASE

Do you have "FORCE COOKIES" turned on? Talk to your HOSTING provider (seaming they suggested OSC) to look at your SSL setting to see if it is correct for there servers.

Chances are you may have to copy your php files to there secure server if they have NOT mirrored (linked) your directory on the secure severs. Or your configure.php files (cookies setting and/or SSL) are not properly setup.

Post your catalog side - configure.php (less the DB info).
