I have read all I can about adding a header image to the boxes and I did it and I am stumped why it is not working.

I added this line to my css sheet:

table.infoBoxHeading { background-image: url 'http://www.116street.com/oscommerce/images/infobox/header.gif');
background-repeat: no-repeat
}

and I do not see the images.

I've checked everything and it is all correct. What else am I missing??
