Contribution form?

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a good way to make a contribution form. Is there a module for this? I need a form that will capture the basics like name, address, phone, email, etc and I also need that person to make a contribution of $50. I am just stuck. Any suggestions will help me out a lot. Thank you!

Can't you just set it up as a product?

If you need to get to a certain level of contributions before you do something then simply update the text of the product each time someone contributes ...

Not sure if this helps ... perhaps you could explain a bit more about what you are trying to achieve.

I thought about making a new product but I wasn't sure if that was the best way to go. She also wants to capture other information like a website URL if applicable but the other information you will usually get when you make a transaction anyway. She wants it to look for like a form like this website: https://www.lwvwi.org/cms/index.php?option=com_donation&Itemid=115.

Lindsay,

It is called Option Type Features ... which basically adds Radio, Text, TextArea, Checkbox input types rather than the standard multi-dropdown.

However, it is proving difficult to integrate into osCmax at the moment due to the QTPro stock tracking functionality ... RidexBuilder has been working on this recently ...

It is planned for v2.1 but I am not sure it will make the deadline ...

Is that the only contribution that is out there? I'm looking at the forums and they make it sound complicated and incompatible!

It is the only one I have seen.

We actually nearly got it working ... Ridex has put in loads of his work ... and between him and I we had it partially working ... unfortunately there is a bit of gap between getting it 'sort of working' and 'releasing as source code'.

I will have an ask around the Development Team about OTF and see if we can drum up some enthusiam to get it working ...
