Can't upload images...

I keep getting the error "Catalog images directory is not writeable." Anyone know why?

Or, if no one can help me with that, then what name/location are new images placed, so I can do it manually?

Hi jbianko,

The folder you are trying to upload your images is by default not writable. You can use a ftp program find the folder images right click and change the properties. You should see a number like 604 or similar change it to 704 or 777 and click OK. I have attached a picture for you to see.
