Where are these defined???

Ok, a bit more customization, but does anyone know where the following are defined for use on default.php?

HEADING_TITLE - I'd like to set it to either be the same as the page title or product category.

TEXT_MAIN

And can someone tell me what line starts the "category page" display section? I want to fiddle with the product layout a bit. Instead of various colored rows, I'd like to do the pictures with product name underneath in a table, much like for the newest product section on the main page. Or is that handled in "product_listing.php"? I have a rudimentry knowledge of PHP and I know with much concentration would be able to decipher everything, but at the moment would just like to know where to begin deciphering.. LOL

HEADING_TITLE and TEXT_MAIN are located here:
'includes/languages/english/default.php'

to fiddle with the category display you need to locate this file:

'includes/modules/product_listing.php'

display of the coloumn starts around line 89.
