Easy Populate problem

I'm trying to upload a simple test file of 2 books, each book goes into two different categories. I've had no problems doing this before, but for some reason, the first row (when in db form) is not showing up in the store. It shows that all 4 lines are posting and the first book goes into one category and the second book goes into both categories, but the that first line will not go into the store. SOOO... I changed the database to have only that first book going into 2 categories and I switched the order they were in, and it still goes into the second listing, but not the first. I then added a 3rd category and the book goes into the last two, but not the first no matter if i delete the first row and type it in at the bottom, the new first row doesn't go into the store. I can't see any reason for this and its driving me crazy!!
I've done this many times before with test books, but now that I"m ready to put some REAL titles in there with REAL prices, it has to have a problem.

In the above file, I placed the Babies/Kids listing at the bottom and so it posted to the Lawyers category and to the Babies/Kids category, but not to the Doctors. Can't figure it out ... worked just fine before !!

HELP!!!

Just a wild thought.. but if it's only FIRST ROW you're having issues with, could it be that your first row in the db you're uploading is actually a record, instead of the normal header row?
