Banner Problem

Hi there, new guy with problem
I insert a banner using html text, says banner inserted successfully, I can see the banner in banner manager, won't display at bottom of page.
Any help?

While in ADMIN and Banner Creation at top of page...did you get this warning?

Error: Graphs directory is not writeable.

Yes I Did!
Banner manager has no idea what template is being used! I had to manually put the code in the php file myself.

Also, I did not get that error.
