Why? How can I fix it?

Editing main page When I try to edit text on the main page, using file manager, I get this message:
Parse error: parse error in /home/kjell/flyerstore.vickanpress.com/html/catalog/includes/languages/svenska/index.php on line 13.
Why? How can I fix it?
Could be a couple of things....missing/extra quote - invaild charaters...
Can you post line 10 to 15 of that file please....
That way we can see what the code is and what is wrong with it.
