Default Table size?

I have finally adjusted everything and almost all looks well, but I cannot figure out how to adjust the center content so it does not push the right and left columns out.

keithxtreme, the columns look properly aligned to me. They are not pushed out on those pages.

I figured out it a netscape, explore thing on the mac..., but if I wanted to give that center section a fixed width how would I do that?
