    Exclamation MZMT shipping module issue

    Hey guys, what's up?

I installed this module recently and it seemed to have been working correctly and all, but apparently i was mistaken. When checking out, the module automatically calculates weight and all, but it displays $0.00 as the shipping cost unless the total weight of items entered is one of the exact weights listed in the admin panel.

ie. If my costs are setup by weight as follows: 5:50,10:100,15:150,20:200 the only way a shipping cost is shown is if the total weight of the items are equivalent to 5, 10, 15 or 20 pounds. If i have anything other than those weights, the cost will come up as zero.

Please give me a hand anyone...my site is set to launch very soon.

    Thanks in advance.

This is an issue with MZMT module - not familiar with it. Most should round UP to the next wieght - MAKE SURE you have one with a VERY high weight or it may be ZERO shipping.

I would contact the person who developed it -or chose a different shipping module.

    Thanx for your speedy response.

It's a bit strange though.....I just added the fees to Geo Zone 1 Shipping Table 2 instead ofGeo Zone 1 Shipping Table 1 and it worked perfectly.I then went ahead and changed it fromGeo Zone 1 Shipping Table 2 back toGeo Zone 1 Shipping Table 1 and it worked like a charm.

I'm wondering if i started getting that little error there because i'm adding the tax zones to their respective categories while the module is enabled (that's what i'm doing now); because i think it was working quite fine before i started to do that. I'm going to disable the module, finish adding the remainder of the zones to their respective categories and then add the prices per weight range and see if it works out.

With regards to contacting its author....my emails keep bouncing back and this is the best shipping module i've found so far. If you have any recommendations for one with multi-zone and multi pricing...please let me know.

Thanks again for your response and i will keep you posted.
