Default Copying database

I have a site that I am losing to someone else in court. Before I officially lose it, is there any way for me to move my images, pricing etc to a cloned site?

cloned site is up and running, just no products, images, or pricing

Not sure how to do it, without mucking it up

Thanks in advance

Default Re: Copying database

Sorry to hear about that! I would assume (hope) it's just the domain name.....

Follow instruction on "moving servers"

Backup your Database in the oscmax admin panel.

Copy the whole site - Ether zip it then download or use FTP to download it.... (including the backup file)

Up load to new server - RERUN the install program. Login to the admin with the default user/pass...."restore" the old DB......

Done...

Optional...update NEW place with new template/look/feel/data etc...

Optional....update the old site to reflect the the move to the new domain

Hopefully the court will not preclude you from opening up a NEW competing store. Please be careful if you lose property writes that are deemed part of the old site - including copyrights to text/images/logos/names/descriptions/similar domain names etc...
Consult your lawyer. Unless you like to be back in court with even more issues....
