Help! cellpadding in language.php

Does anyone know how to add cellpadding in language.php. I only want to control the cellpadding in this box..

I would create a new box template for it first, so you can assign a class or id to this box.
(or has the MAX already done this for us? ) After that it is quite easy to modify.
It is described in the BTS doc how to create the new box template.
