    Default error messages session.php

The last thing I was doing was adding a wysiwyg editor to my site and I now get a bunch of error messages in the admin section. I have tried backing out all the changes one at a time from the admin section to see if the messages would change and they did not, I then uploaded my admin section from scratch to see if that would help and all the messages seem to be still the same. If anyone has any ideas I would sure appriciate it.

The error messages are as follows.

    AT THE TOP

Warning: session_start(): The session id contains invalid characters, valid characters are only a-z, A-Z and 0-9 in /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php:67) in /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php:67) in /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

    AT THE Bottom

Warning: Unknown(): The session id contains invalid characters, valid characters are only a-z, A-Z and 0-9 in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

I also get a page with a bunch of error messages when I make any changes in the admin section

Warning: session_start(): The session id contains invalid characters, valid characters are only a-z, A-Z and 0-9 in /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php:67) in /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php:67) in /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php:67) in /home/station/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 18

In the past I have fixed the " headers already sent" error by eliminating a blank space at the end of the file but I checked the sessions.php file and that was not the problem and I completely replaced all the other admin files.
Well thanks ahead of time for any ideas.

    Richard

I would restore all files from a Backup. WYSIWYG editor does not change this file and should not affect sessions. Chances are you have an extra space charater somewhere. Use a "REAL" plain TEXT editor (not MS-Write/notepad/edit.com) - I use the freeware program called NotePad.
