As is indicated by the numerous post on this topic there is some confusion about how to get multiple Table Rate Shipping Modules. There are even complex contributions for this. The good news is that it doesn't have to be so difficult. When I was building a standard osC site the owner wanted this feature one for UPS Ground another Table rate For UPS 3 Day Air, etc . . . Until I had 6 different Table Rate Shipping Modules for 6 Different UPS shipping options. I fully explored the available Table Rate Shipping Module contributions available (and even installed one of them), before discovering the simplest solution was to simply copy the stock Table Rate Shipping Module files (there are two one in catalog / includes / languages / english / modules / shipping and the other in catalog / includes / modules / shipping) and edit them, so they don't have any conflicts. Today I am putting together a osCmax site for the same company and discovered I can simply copy my 12 files (6 in each directory) to the same directories in my osCmax installation and go to the admin panel, then click install for each module and copy and past the table rate formulas from the other site to this one. This took all of 10 minutes to transfer the six Table rate modules from one site to the other. I have zipped up the twelve files I use in the appropriate directory structure for both osC and osCmax (they are the same) and attached them to this post. This falls a little short of a full on contribution. If someone is interested, please feal free to add some commenting and make it into a contribution (with decent instructions that a total newb can follow for modify all options). If you have even the slightest bit of common sense and a little bit of experience with PHP you can change these six table rates to whatever you like. If you would like to have a table rate for any combination of the six available UPS shipping methods from the lower 48 states, simply copy the includes folder to your site and configure to your liking from the admin panel. No programming needed at all for that.
Regards,
Jason
